Our all-belt-level class starts with light calisthenics and stretching to warm up the body before moving into technique drills. Consistent repetition of these drills helps our students form muscle memory and retain their newfound skills. Next comes the exciting part: sparring, or "rolling." During rolling, students test their techniques against training partners who resist and counter just like in a real fight, providing invaluable real-world experience. This is an essential step in mastering the art of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, making our class an excellent opportunity for students of all levels.
