Bully-Proofing Camp
The perfect camp for kids to learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu and how to defend themselves from bullying. In this camp, children will gain valuable knowledge and skills to handle bullying situations and enjoy all kinds of fun games and activities in between
- No striking! We focus on entry level techniques that focus on leverage and holds
- Identifying the different types of bullying and how to approach each type
- Learning the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu and beginner self defense techniques
- A safe environment for children to learn with amazing instructors
- No uniform is required
- There will also be fun games, crafts and other social activities
